To respond to your enquiry, to provide legal services, and to comply with our professional obligations as registered lawyers. We do not use your information for marketing without your consent.

Legal basis

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (when you contact us through the website form), or the performance of a contract (when you instruct us as your lawyers), or a legal obligation (professional and regulatory duties).

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to two years. Client file data is kept for a minimum of five years after the conclusion of a matter, as required under Spanish professional regulations.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the parties necessary to carry out your instructions — notaries, land registries, tax authorities, courts — and with our professional indemnity insurer where required. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict your personal data, and to object to its processing.
